One-click Bracket order functionality in MD Trader

Is it possible to place a Bracket Order in MD Trader with a single mouse click? The desired Bracket Order would consist of one Limit Order and one Stop Market Order, both being One-Cancel-Other orders, placed automatically at a set number of ticks away from the master order limit. For instance, I place a Limit buy order at 1525.50 and I would like a Stop Market sell order to be placed at 1524.00 and a related Limit sell order to be placed at 1527.00 automatically, upon execution of the initial Limit buy order.

Hi Lukasz,

Did you ever end up getting your hands on an algo like this? I am looking for the same thing.

Regards,

Arthur

You can write a simple profit OCO stop algo in ADL and deploy it to the MD Trader window. Your entry order will be manual (whatever you put into the MD Trader window.) When it gets filled, it will place your profit order and stop order OCO, at your user-defined number of ticks, which you can change on the fly.

This algo is taught in Week 1 of a 3 week online Basic ADL 101 class where you learn how to build this, as well as a basic sniper, a Mean Reversion based on your own calculated moving average of VWAP, and a "Chaser" algo that takes a point-and-click order and works the edge until your lean quantity drops below a User-Defined threshold that you can also change on the fly.

Class is Tuesday and Thursday, 9:30am Chicago Time (2:30 UTC) Starting April 5th. All classes are recorded and available whenever you want, as well as instructional videos and a printed syllabus.

Thank you for your offer. I already have an algo like that in use. I was hoping there would be another solution, without resorting to ADL, as this requires a Pro licence which is considerably more expensive
