Hi
We have a prop firm using our analytics app via TT Rest. For the past couple of weeks it's been letting us in intermittently.
It's sending the following error back on attempting to log on:
a:- https://apigateway.trade.tt/ttid/ext_prod_live/to... : ProtocolError Error Message :System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (429). at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()
Any ideas of the cause?
Thanks
Pete

@peterdavies 429 error is for too many requests. REST API keys are based on a certain usage plan and there is a limit of how many requests you can send per minute.
Thanks for that - but I am not sure how we'd be exceeding any limits - is it possible for us to see the current usage or for you to tell what it is?

@peterdavies Can you send us your key or the company name and we can check what your usage plan is. @Zack. Also can you check how many requests you are making? I think the limit is 20 request per second. Are you making more than that?

In terms of usage - we are just trying to log on - so there's 3 requests and then we stop trying!

OK yes. Can you create a ticket and put all this information in there. We can help you with it.
